My background is unique blend of mental health, nutrition, dance and community. I started dancing when I was five (that was a long time ago!) and still dance today. I have been a performer all of my life. I went to graduate school to become a social worker and help children and families in need. After I became a mom, I left that work to build a variety of communities, including the one I live in today. About five years ago I went back to school to become a nutritional therapist, because I learned through my own experience, we can't do anything well in our life without our health and well-being. So I combined all of my expertise and passions into a business to support young adults (and their families) feel empowered to live their best life. My daughter is now a dancer, so I have started working with young dancers to share my knowledge of nutrition, mindfulness, healing and connection to support young people and their families to be resilient and ensure they have a long and fruitful career.
