My name is Lindsey and I'm a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) based in SLC, Utah 🍉

I grew up dancing and recently fell back in love with ballet as an adult. Knowing myself then and now, I have insight into how dancers may unknowingly compare themselves. With social media so prevalent, it's easier than ever for dancers to have a negative perception of their body image. Now, as a nutrition expert I hope to provide dancers with the confidence to fuel for performance while feeling happy 🌞 , full of delicous food 🍽️ and proud of their bodies.
