Learn training practices from dance medicine professionals to help dancers prevent injuries, improve strength, endurance and technique

Optional: A night at the Ballet: Watch The San Francisco Ballet perform Cool Britannia: a collection of modern works including Christoper Wheeldon’s Within the Golden Hour, Wayne McGregor’s Chroma and the North American premiere of Akram Khan’s Dust

10:30 AM – 3:00 PM: Dance Medicine Day at San Francisco Ballet
8:00 PM – SF Ballet: Cool Britannia at War Memorial Opera House*
*Optional add-on: $50 per ticket

10:30 AM – 3:00 PM: Pointe Shoe Day at San Francisco Ballet
