My foot is an Egyptian type with only a slight slope, my forefoot is narrow, my toes aren't super wide so I would give myself a tapered box. For accessories I would give myself ouch pouches junior, a spacer between my first and second toe, a gel cap on my big toe and pinky toe.

My feet were smallest in the morning then got slightly larger after I took my ballet class. To find my correct pointe shoe size I would look at both measurements to find a shoe that fits perfectly.
