How should I prepare my mind and body before the Summer Intensives begin?
Utilizing the Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) program is a great way to ensure your mind and body is prepared for the intensives. Follow some easy warm up PBT exercises with your eyes closed using imagery. We recommend to also set goals. Get a log book for students with goals and strategies including the recovery.
